Refund Policy

At the Enterprise Excellence Scheme (EES), we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are only available if requested before the completion of the questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed, refunds are no longer possible as the evaluation process has commenced.
How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our support team at ees@eesweb.org with your application details and payment receipt. Our team will process your request promptly.
Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Non-Refundable Fees Any administrative or processing fees associated with the application are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances In exceptional cases, refunds beyond the stated conditions may be reviewed at the discretion of EES management.

6. Participant Responsibilities

All participants are expected to act with integrity and adhere to the terms and conditions of the EES program.
Misuse of the EES certificate or badge will result in immediate action, including potential disqualification from the program.
