Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Enterprise Excellence Scheme (EES). By accessing and participating in this scheme, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these carefully before proceeding.

1. Purpose of Certification

The EES certificate is an award that recognizes an organization's commitment to operational excellence as evaluated against our assessment criteria. It is not a guarantee of any specific business performance, success, or outcomes now or in the future.

2. Information Collection and Use

  • We collect and store information provided by applicants for the purpose of administering the EES program.

  • All information is handled in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

  • In cases where it is deemed necessary, such as for legal compliance or investigative purposes, information may be shared with law enforcement or other authorized entities.

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information throughout the application and assessment process.

  • Any misrepresentation or misuse of the EES certificate or badge may result in immediate revocation of certification.

4. Limitation of Liability

EES and its administrators are not liable for any financial, operational, or reputational impacts resulting from the use or interpretation of the EES certification. Participation in the program is voluntary, and all outcomes are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Intellectual Property

The EES certificate, badge, and associated materials are the intellectual property of EES. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Updates to Terms and Conditions

EES reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant updates. Continued participation in the scheme after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
